Not at all! You can browse all our products and add items to your kiondo without creating an account. You'll only be asked to sign in when you're ready to check out and have your order delivered.
Simply browse our shop, adjust quantities, and click "Add to Kiondo". When you're ready, click the cart icon in the top navigation and proceed to checkout. You'll provide your delivery address and then pay via M-Pesa.
Yes! You can reach us on +254 700 000 000 via WhatsApp or call. We're happy to take your order directly and arrange delivery for you.
There is no minimum order amount. However, orders above KSH 2,000 qualify for free delivery within Nairobi. Orders below that attract a flat KSH 200 delivery fee.
We currently deliver across Nairobi and its environs. Specific areas include Westlands, Kilimani, Karen, Lavington, Kileleshwa, CBD, Embakasi, Kasarani, and more. Contact us to confirm your area.
We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after noon are typically delivered the following morning. You'll receive a notification when your rider is on the way.
Delivery within Nairobi is KSH 200 flat rate. Orders above KSH 2,000 qualify for free delivery. We'll always show the delivery fee clearly at checkout before you confirm.
Yes! You'll receive an SMS and the website will display a notification once your order has been dispatched and when it has been marked as delivered by our rider. Make sure your phone number is saved in your account.
Absolutely. During checkout, there is an ♿ accessibility checkbox where you can describe your needs — for example, wheelchair access, leaving orders at the door, or waiting for you to come down. Our riders are briefed on these requests and will do their best to accommodate you.
We currently accept payment via M-Pesa. After confirming your order, you'll be shown our M-Pesa Till Number: 1234567. Send the exact order total to this till number and your order will be processed once payment is confirmed.
At the moment we process payments via M-Pesa before dispatch. Cash on delivery is not available yet, but we're working on adding it as an option soon.
Yes. All transactions go through Safaricom's secure M-Pesa infrastructure. We never store your payment details on our servers. Your account login is secured by Firebase Authentication with Google OAuth or encrypted email/password.
Yes. Every product we sell is sourced from verified organic suppliers. We personally vet our farmers and suppliers, visit their farms where possible, and refuse to stock anything that doesn't meet our quality standards. No pesticides, no artificial additives, no compromise.
Our vegetables are sourced from Githurai every morning and delivered the same day. Fruits are restocked regularly. We maintain small, rotating stock to ensure everything is as fresh as possible — not sitting in a warehouse.
Out-of-stock products are clearly marked on our shop page. You can contact us via WhatsApp to request a restock or ask about expected availability. We restock most items within 1–3 days.
Please take a photo and contact us on WhatsApp (+254 700 000 000) within 2 hours of receiving your order. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately. Your satisfaction is our priority.
You can cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once the rider has picked up your order, cancellation is unfortunately not possible as fresh produce cannot be restocked.
Refunds are processed within 24 hours via M-Pesa reversal for valid claims (damaged goods, wrong items, or cancelled orders before dispatch). Contact us at hello@shoshoskiondo.co.ke or WhatsApp with your order number.
You only need an account to complete checkout. Browsing, reading blogs, viewing FAQs, and adding to cart are all completely free and require no sign-in. Creating an account is quick — you can sign in with Google in one click.
Click "Sign In" in the top navigation, then click "Continue with Google". You'll be prompted to choose your Google account — no password needed. It's the fastest and most secure way to sign in.
Yes. We use Firebase Authentication (by Google) for secure login. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your data is used solely to process and deliver your orders. See our Contact page to request data deletion at any time.
